Caliber Pro is NZ$299/seat/month paid annually, or NZ$379 on monthly billing. Pro includes calling inside Caliber, the AI meeting agent and 1,000 Scout plus 100 contact credits each month. Credits measure different actions, not a guaranteed number of candidates or phone numbers. Zoom supplies the paid phone network; the NZ$26.56 annual-billing rate includes an NZ number and domestic calls, before tax. Paid job advertising is separate.
Current Pro and Max are quoted individually. The US$199–315+ budget guide comes from Pin’s estimates for older Corporate and Enterprise tiers, not current Pro/Max quotes. USD is assumed. Features here describe current Pro; the historical estimate does not establish their price. Max adds further agent workflows.
External Source requires Amplify Search & Match and connected job-board accounts. Paid CloudCall integration enables calls inside Bullhorn; plan eligibility must be confirmed. Amplify Transcribe supports Zoom, Teams and Meet when enabled. Client-portal inclusion is unconfirmed for the selected plan.

A buyer in a March 2025 thread reported Professional at $269/month for 12 months or $229 for 24 months; USD and per-user pricing are assumed. These are historical quotes, not renewal prices. Today’s first-year offer starts at US$199/user/month, prepaid annually. The renewal amount is not published.
Loxo has in-app calling through Twilio or RingCentral. Its current setup guides require your own paid provider account; Twilio numbers and usage are additional purchases. Ringover opens its own app. Professional’s pooled AI credits cover sourcing, data and Notetaker actions, not a verified phone-minute allowance. Loxo and Scout credits measure different actions.
The £90–160/user/month range is competing vendor ATSpro’s general UK agency estimate, not a verified Essential or Pro quote. Essential is aimed at 6–20 users and Pro at 21+. Both are quoted individually. This range does not establish either plan’s price or the cost of add-ons.
Hiring Manager Portal is an add-on. Ringover calling uses a separate subscription. Metaview offers free and paid meeting-note plans; JobAdder sync must be confirmed on the chosen tier. External sourcing integrations such as SourceWhale are separate services. Optional tools are not bundled into this estimate.

Recruiterflow’s September 2026 guide estimates AIRA at $150–300/user/month depending on scope, including Platform and all AIRA agents. USD is inferred from the matching USD Platform prices; AIRA’s contract sets the term and allowance. The US$119 Platform price does not buy this package.
Recruiterflow’s in-app dialler connects to your own paid Twilio account, with number and usage charges. Zoom Phone opens its own app. NZ number compatibility needs confirmation. AIRA Source searches use no credits. Each successful email or phone lookup uses two; other AI actions also use credits, with paid top-ups available.

Pro is published from £85/user/month for larger teams. Its card says 7+ users; the page also says above seven, so the exact boundary needs a quote. This is a volume starting rate, not an all-in price; Vincere says it no longer bundles every module into one seat price. Core at £95 for 2–7 users already includes AI and Meeting Assistant, but not the Pro client portal.
Pro includes agency ATS, sales/client CRM and Meeting Assistant access. Meetings support Zoom, Teams and Google Meet through Office365 sync, with usage-based pricing; included allowances and rates are not published. Ringover calling and SourceWhale sourcing use separate services. Paid job advertising is separate, and onboarding is priced to scope. Higher third-party estimates were checked, but none established a current Pro quote with a verified seat count and package.
Enterprise shows $215/user/month with annual prepayment ($2,580/year), or $259 monthly. USD is assumed; local prices depend on company country. It includes more records, AI/contact allowances and calling credits. We use the annual price here, rather than presenting its monthly billing rate as another package.
The dialler is built in; metered calls add 25% to carrier, connection and recording costs. Rented numbers cost extra, or you can verify an existing number. Meeting Notetaker is a gradual beta rollout requiring activation and credits, so access is not guaranteed; its documentation currently warns that Zoom is unsupported. AI sourcing and writing are included, with usage limits. The shared-credit beta and older Enterprise allowances describe different limits, so they should not be added together.
